At Tiny Treasures, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to make it right. Please read our return policy below.

Returns

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@tinytreasures.com with your order number and reason for return.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color within 30 days of delivery.
Exchanged items must be in their original, unused condition.
Contact us to arrange your exchange and we'll guide you through the process.

Non-Returnable Items

For the safety of all our little customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Personalized or custom-made items
Opened toy sets or puzzles with missing pieces
Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
